Hi! We’re Nathan and JoDee. As parents of an adult autistic son who is eager to continue his personal growth and become more self-reliant in food preparation and other areas, we were disappointed by a lack of quality, easy-to-use, economic food prep products and recipe resources that were accessible enough to meet his needs. This began our journey to create Grubbable and empower our son and millions of others around the world with great tools that promote independence, health, education, and zest for great food!
Grubbable combines tangible food preparation tools with simple visual recipes (printed or digital) that have a one-step-at-a-time for a variety of delicious recipes.
Our measuring cups and spoons are color coded (and the spoons are also shape icon coded) so users can avoid any measurement mix-ups during the recipe preparation process. All cups and spoons have an oversized silicone grip that allows for comfortable extended use for all ages with minimal hand strain.
Our Easy Ingredient Storage System allows users to store ingredients in an easy-to-access format that can fit any kitchen, whether stored in the pantry, arranged in a row under kitchen cabinetry, or stacked vertically for maximum countertop space savings. Integrated Leveling Guides allow users to easily level measured amounts with one hand. Our Docking Mat allows for a convenient, detachable, and easy-to-clean base for stability and minimal mess
